The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCareerVerse:
- Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents (including third-party content), including inaccuracies or omissions.
- Excludes liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, including direct or indirect loss of business/profits, or damage to systems, programs, or data.
Disclosure of your information
- Business partners, suppliers, and subcontractors for contract performance.

- Analytics and search providers to improve and optimise our site.
MyCareerVerse may contact you via email to invite reviews of services/products to collect feedback and improve offerings.
Availability
You are responsible for evaluating fitness for purpose of downloads, programs, and text. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or error-free service, though we endeavour to provide the best possible service. By using this site, you indemnify MyCareerVerse, its employees, agents, and affiliates against loss or damage, however caused.
Log files
We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track movement, and gather broad demographics. IPs are not linked to personally identifiable information. Our servers may log standard access information (browser type, access times/open mail, requested URL, referrer). This information is used internally on a need-to-know basis and not shared with third parties.
What we use your personal information for, why, and for how long
Purposes
- Providing products and services: to perform the services you request.
- Payment verification/screening: accounting, billing, audit, and fraud prevention.
- Marketing: account information, new study content, promotions. You can opt in/out via the marketing consent page in settings.

Children
Children under 16 can join MyCareerVerse but will not have full access until we receive verified consent from a parent or guardian.
Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected, considering amount, nature, sensitivity, and alternative means. When no longer needed, we delete or destroy data securely, and may anonymise data for continued use without further notice.
You can request deletion by contacting info@mycareerverse.ie. We may retain some data as required to comply with legal obligations.
