Personalised study strategies built for how ADHD brains actually work. Not generic timetables. Not “just try harder.” A real plan with real support from someone who understands.
Get Your Study PlanYou're not lazy. You're not stupid. Your brain just needs a different approach.
You sit down to study but your brain won't switch on. You sharpen pencils, reorganise your desk, check your phone — anything but the actual work.
You've made colour-coded timetables before. They lasted a day, maybe two. Now you don't bother because what's the point?
You understood it in class. You could explain it to a friend. But in the exam, your mind goes blank and the clock is ticking.
Parents, teachers, everyone says “just focus.” If it were that simple, you'd have done it already. The problem isn't effort — it's strategy.
Generic study advice assumes neurotypical executive function. We don't.
Every plan is personalised to your subjects, your schedule, and how your brain works best.
Short study blocks (25–40 mins), movement breaks built in, hard subjects scheduled when your energy peaks, and a visual format you can actually follow.
Active recall methods, colour-coded notes, exam question routines, and which topics to prioritise for maximum marks with minimum overwhelm.
Time allocation per question, what to do when your mind goes blank, managing exam anxiety, and how to use RACE or DARE accommodations effectively.
Dopamine-friendly reward systems, the “just 5 minutes” technique for task initiation, dealing with procrastination shame, and progress tracking that feels good.
Study space design, phone management strategies, noise and music recommendations, body doubling options, and app suggestions that help rather than distract.
Regular Zoom check-ins to review progress, adjust the plan, troubleshoot what isn't working, and keep momentum going through exam season.
Simple. Low friction. Designed so the process itself doesn't feel overwhelming.
Tell us your subjects, your exam dates, and what's not working right now. No judgement — just honest information so we can build something real.
Meet Angela on Zoom. Together, you'll build a study plan that works with your brain, not against it. You'll leave with a clear, written plan and your first week mapped out.
Regular follow-up sessions keep you on track, adjust what isn't working, and build the confidence that comes from seeing real progress.
Pick the level of support that fits. You can always upgrade later.
The LC is a marathon that rewards consistency — exactly what ADHD makes hard. We build a plan that breaks it into manageable sprints with built-in recovery.
College removes the external structure that school provided. Suddenly nobody is checking if you've done the reading. We help you build your own structure.
Coming back to study after a break, or repeating exams, takes courage. We'll build a fresh plan that learns from what didn't work last time.
If you're reading this for your son or daughter, you already know the frustration. You've probably tried reward charts, taking the phone away, sitting beside them while they study, and having conversations that end with both of you upset. None of it is working because the approach doesn't match how their brain processes information.
This isn't about trying harder. It's about trying differently. We build a personalised plan around your child's specific subjects, energy patterns, and challenges — then we check in regularly to keep things on track so you don't have to be the study police.
The Launchpad package includes a dedicated parent briefing session where Angela will walk you through the plan, explain what's working, and show you how to support at home without the conflict.
You don't need to have all the answers. You just need to get the right support in place.

No. While many of our students have a formal diagnosis, plenty come to us because they recognise the patterns. If these strategies would help, the plan will help, diagnosis or not.
Yes. The core strategies are the same. For college students, we also cover assignment planning, managing long reading lists, and building self-directed study habits.
That's very common. Angela's first session focuses on building trust and starting small. We don't hand them a 12-week timetable on day one. We start with one week, one achievable routine, and build from there.
No. This is practical study coaching. While Angela is a qualified guidance counsellor, this service focuses on study strategies, exam technique, and motivation. If we feel a student would benefit from additional professional support, we'll always say so.
Usually within a week of booking. During peak exam season (April–June), we recommend booking as early as possible.
If your child has RACE accommodations, we'll build the exam strategy around making the most of those supports. For college students, we can advise on Disability Support Services and DARE.
Exams don't wait. The earlier you start with the right plan, the more confident you'll feel walking into that exam hall.
