You've finished your degree but haven't landed a role yet. Maybe your grade isn't a 2.1, or you're not sure which direction to go. A 2.2 or Pass doesn't close every door — we know which ones are open.
The best graduate programmes close months before you graduate. Start before results day and you'll be ahead of 90% of your classmates. We'll build your plan while you're still in final year.
Your experience isn't a detour — it's your edge. Whether you're moving into accounting from another field, or pivoting after a few years, we'll show employers why your background is an asset.
Angela is a qualified guidance counsellor and the founder of MyCareerVerse, Ireland's career guidance platform for students, graduates and career changers. She has spent years helping people navigate the CAO system, graduate recruitment, and professional qualification pathways.
She knows which programmes accept a 2.2, which mid-tier firms are flexible on grades, which EU institutions don't require a 2.1, and how to frame unconventional backgrounds as competitive advantages. Every plan is personally researched and tailored — no templates, no generic advice.

Absolutely. Several major employers including EY, PwC UK, Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva, Asda, and Tesco accept a 2.2 or have removed grade requirements entirely. Many EU institution roles have no grade barrier at all. We research every option specific to your qualifications and build a plan around what's actually open to you.
A draft CV is helpful but not essential. Even if it's rough, send it through and we'll review it as part of the process. If you don't have one at all, we can discuss what to include during your consultation.
Yes. Part of the consultation is helping you identify directions that match your skills, interests, and qualifications. We don't just list jobs — we help you understand which paths make sense for your specific background and goals.
Yes. Every plan covers opportunities across Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Irish citizens have full work rights in the UK under the Common Travel Area, and across all 27 EU member states. We include UK graduate schemes, EU institution competitions, and European corporate programmes.
Starter plans are delivered within 5 working days. Launch and Accelerate packages begin with your first consultation (usually within a week of booking) and the full plan document is delivered within 3 working days after that session.
This service is for anyone at a career crossroads — not just fresh graduates. Whether you graduated last month or three years ago, the plan is tailored to where you are now. Career changers and mature learners are very welcome.
